Today’s world is the smallest it has ever been due to advancements in technology. Humanity finds itself compressed in all aspects of life. We recognize that external societal conditions can have an impact on the work environment.
We have developed an innovative approach to addressing contemporary social and cultural issues in the work environment. Our approach is a Knowledge, Awareness, Results (KAR) model. This is a micro to macro worldview approach. Aimed at demonstrating to the participants their individual differences, as they become aware of deeper similarities of the larger world.
We use the philosophical theories of Humanism and concepts of personality psychology to develop this model. The individuals first gain understanding of themselves and others then engage in discussing sensitive topics. Our model can be used in building a harmonious environment within your business or organization.
