We believe leadership is the foundation of all organizations. Without leadership no endeavor can truly succeed. We have developed comprehensive Transformational Leadership courses to teach the three levels of organizational leadership.
We provide training for supervisors and managers, in areas of professional and performance counseling, decision making, and the Art of Leadership. These courses are developed with a focus on self-awareness. We provide platform instruction, open discussions, situational leadership case studies, vignette role-play, and fishbowl exercises. This method of instruction enables the curriculum to be retained and reinforced through the many different forms of adult learning.
We assist our clients in developing internal organizational leadership and mentorship programs. A well planned mentorship program can become an organization’s center of gravity in respect to succession planning.
